I'm having trouble using Quickchat since the last update. I created an account and I'm over 18. It always worked before, even after accounts were introduced. I have the Steam version.

So I was hoping that this was just a problem with Mobile, I did. But on the PC everything works. Are you sure this isn’t a guest account? If so, try to log out of the account and log in again. If this does not work uninstall the game and reinstall it. If this doesn’t work again, install Steam renews.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure it’s not a guest account, I’ve also logged in several times, but it wasn’t. The game I would really uninstall because I have the Glitchpet and fear to lose it. Besides, my statistics would be gone, and I have over 50 hours of play, which would be a shame. I can try Steam again later, thank you!
So I don’t think you’ll lose your pet and not your statistics, because that’s your STEAM account and as long as you have your Steam any progress should be saved
