Hey guys, I've been living in Bulgaria for a few months now and recently got a Steam key that doesn't work in Germany and I thought it would work but my shop region is still Germany. Steam support says I should use a non-German credit card but my credit card is from Lithuania so I don't understand. Can someone help me?
