I'm trying to order something from Amazon for the first time. Unfortunately, you can't pay with PayPal, so I had to log in with my bank account (IBAN, BIC, etc.). Unfortunately, every time I try, I get a message saying a payment change is required, even after they've accepted all my details.

I wanted to sell something and a buyer supposedly confirmed the payment but the support has now deducted the money from me twice and said I would have to transfer it again because it seems to be the new system from eBay. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Yeah, that’s it. This happens when Amazon’s systems think you’re underage.

You will not be able to use Amazon (again) until you get full year (in a few years) and add a credit card. And if you don’t have one, it was with Amazon.
It’s good that Amazon’s risk routines work well and illegal users get caught right away.
At Amazon order, this is basically only from 18J allowed – no matter what is ordered.
And you’re still far from that.
Quite simply: amazon wants a credit card from you.
Since you’re underage, of course you don’t have one yet. So you can ask your parents if they order for you.
You’re 15 or 16. That answers the question.
