Change of guardian and reservation of consent?
I have a legal guardian and a guardian with a reservation of consent regarding my assets. He essentially has all the responsibilities, except for residence permits and mail.
Now I was informed that the supervisor will soon be ending his work and someone new was suggested to me.
However, the new caregiver is already 56 and lives (or rather, her office) about 35 km away. Which isn't a big deal, but a change always brings changes. After a brief phone call, it turned out that it would be difficult because my bank is an online branch, which poses certain problems. Since I also have a shopping addiction, I found it very helpful not to have a debit card anymore (I quickly lost track of things when ordering online or paying with a debit card).
The potential new caregiver said I'd get a cash card again (for pocket money) and that she could only come by once a month. The change in employer would be difficult because she wouldn't have immediate access to the money, the current caregiver would have to withdraw everything, and I'd have to manage. (I've only had the cash card for about four months.)
1. Now I am wondering whether I should ask the court for a different guardianship proposal
2. How often would a caregiver have to be seen?
3. Can you pay with a card or place online orders with a pocket money account? (Personally, that would be too risky for me)
4. The previous person withdrew money with my debit card to distribute it. Is this legal? So could the new person do the same for now?
There are maps, so you can’t go down. Would that be a feasible way for you?
And yes, you can ask another supervisor. The rest is a matter of agreement.
It’s already, but I think it’s embarrassing if there’s a cash register. It’s broken down. I don’t know if you’re on the machine. Online can see how much money is still on it.
She wants me to write her phone number from the previous one. So she can talk to him? I can’t give it that easy.
From her e-mail and phone number on the net
He’s an officially appointed supervisor. And she’s supposed to do his job. It is clear that in this case the telephone number must be broadened. If you don’t get it, you’ll change it. Write to the old maintainer that the new one is waiting for his call and give him the number of the new one.
You could run a bank app with you on your phone. This would give you unlimited views of your own account. The missing dispo prevents you from going down. And when you get past a machine, you’ll get Bares.
Don’t make it unnecessary.
