Change mobile phone contract or tariff with O2?
I signed my first contract 4 months ago for an iPhone 14 with 25GB of data.
Now I have an offer in the O2 app for the iPhone 15 Pro Max with AirPods Pro 2nd gen. I saw that I can get it when I change tariffs. Does it work as it says, meaning I get the new phone with the headphones and unlimited for €20 more or is this a separate contract? I am on tariff options, have selected my tariff and phone and would now select phone and click continue.
Now I just have to confirm whether my old contract will be overwritten with the new one or whether they are two different ones. Sorry, I don't know much about it yet.
This depends entirely on your contract, whether you can change your tariff or not. If you have a tariff with a minimum of two years, you have to keep it first. If you want to change to a more expensive rate, it is often possible.
I myself, in principle, only cover monthly contracts. This allows me to change my rate in theory monthly, which is quite practical in some cases
Yes I have 24 months I can make a new contract with the app O2 App then stands tariff option then I can select data volume so 25 GB etc. and unlimited and afterwards I can choose the desired product with or without mobile phone and at the end you can specify the data and complete what happens with the old mobile phone and the contract?
Thanks for the answer 🙂
