Change IP address on iPhone?

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, I was banned from Vinted for no known reason.

Now I would like to create a new account.

I now have a new iPhone (with the same iCloud) – will I be blocked again because my IP address is the same or has it changed?

Yeah, it's possible. You can either assign a different IP address in the WLAN settings from iPhone manually. Or you use a VPN that also changes your IP address.

You just change the private IP. This is how you connect to the router.

Right. In some cases, however, only this IP is banned. For Router-IP Reset, it should restart the router 🙂

All right. We've been past each other 😉

That's it.

Yes, that's clear that this doesn't work. Something misleading, I'm sorry.

I also went to the WLAN IP of the phone.

The router or VPN already fits.

Right. For the Ban bypass, however, it must change the router IP, which is usually restarted with a router (as already mentioned above) or, as already mentioned, using a VPN.

Again: The IP with which the mobile phone connects to the router is usually a 192.168 IP. These are private networks with which you do not leave your own network at home and go to the "Internet".

If you mean the router IP, why shouldn't they be able to ban it? Stands even on the official side of Vinted.

That's exactly what I thought. I also don't know where the "informatic", as it is in the profile, has learned his expertise here. Any questionable answer from .

They can't ban private IPs. There are thousands of times in the world. Especially since they shouldn't see them either.

Probably they only blocked the account and not the entire IP.

Try to restart the router.

then I would test it again
