Change Hermes preferred delivery?
Good Morning,
I'm currently waiting for a package sent via Hermes, and I selected a nearby parcel shop as the preferred delivery location. Now I've changed my mind and would like to pick it up in person (it was too risky for me). But I can't find a way to change that: The address is currently simply the parcel shop, and I can't change it. I've created an account, searched for a long time, and even contacted the customer service. Perhaps one of you can help me?
Tracking number etc. is of course included
There's no one.
Do you have any idea how to change that? I mean the package is probably still in the branch of the sender
If you can only call the customer service, you'll probably get nothing.
