Ceiling light had a short circuit. Can it still be used?
Hello, I have an important question. I installed a ceiling light and accidentally mixed up the wires. There was a short circuit, and there are black traces on one of the boxes connected to the wires (I assume the fuse blew or something similar). I reconnected it, and this time it did it correctly. The light is lit. The question is, will it continue to work normally, or could it cause problems again? I'm just worried that it might unexpectedly start burning again at some point, or can I leave it on without any problems?
If it works now, it will continue to work, but I've seen so much crap, an electrician should take a look at it.
