You can view the USB disk with DMDE. The program should be able to restore the file.

If it is not a “RW” CD, which is usually described by data itself, but by a purchased CD, data on a CD cannot be erased. You should destroy the CD to make the data unusable.

The file is not readable on the map because you only copied it instead of converting it or creating an image of the CD.

The file or video is not readable because the questioner/questioner appears to have only copied a playlist file.

Yeah, that sounds bright.

What kind of CD is it?
Actually, nothing can be deleted from a CD unless it is a CD-RW blank that has not been “finished” after the description.

But the .XSPF format describes a playlist file, no video file.
In this playlist file, however, (possibly unencrypted) the path / URL / source of the video file may be specified.
