Cbr 650f running light indicator installation?

Good day,

I have a Honda CBR 650f, built in 2014. Today I installed my short license plate holder and noticed that the old indicators don't fit. So I need to buy new indicators and would like to get running light indicators. Now comes the problem. Since I don't know much about technology and have only read a bit about it and can't find anything more about it, I wanted to ask whether the relay needs to be replaced when installing these indicators or whether installation is really straightforward. If anyone knows anything about this, please also tell me other things I should look out for. Thank you very much in advance for helpful answers.

I’m guessing your old blinker had some light bulbs.

Then you can buy a relay which can be easily replaced by the old one (plug and play principle).

Or you make it a bit more complicated and turn a resistor in front of each LED flasher.

You should also see if the plugs from the old flashers fit the new ones.

Otherwise you will get matching adapters with plug and save you soldering. (Adapter costs approx. 10€)
