Caught speeding at 50 at 65 but going downhill?

Hey, I was caught by a mobile speed camera today going down the hill at about 60-65 km/h in a 30 km/h zone.

I can't say for sure whether I was also flashed from behind because there is a mobile speed camera on the other side of the street that was perfectly aligned for this purpose, but is also intended for cars driving up.

My question now: Is it a problem that I was caught speeding over 45km/h on the 50cc bike or do they see that I was going downhill and that this was therefore possible (the scooter has no throttle and I think I can do around 65-70 on a straight stretch, I've always wanted to install a throttle but kept putting it off until another time).

If I get caught speeding from behind, do I just have to get a point and pay the speeding fine, or do they look at it more closely and will it help if I install a speed limiter or what will the letter say (do they want to test my scooter, etc.??)

thank you for answering

If the license plate has been entered, you will pay the penalty for driving too fast.

If you’ve been flashed from the front, nothing happens!

If you have been flashed and the license plate is visible, you will surely get a penalty for high speed. This also applies when the road goes downhill

No… I’ve already written it to you… there’s no excuse… the authorities don’t give anyone what. Penalty comes even when the road goes downhill .

with about 60-65 km/h in a 30s zone.

So… more than DOCUMENTS permitted speed?

Put yourself on a juicy fine if you have a roller guide license that’s gone, lock when the car driver’s license is suspended. I would use your vehicle without replacement, who is able to move a vehicle in road traffic as twice as fast in a thirty-three zone.
