Carpet beetles? What can I do to help?

We've cleared out an apartment (sorry for the mess, the apartment was empty for a long time) and now want to put our bed in that room. However, while dismantling it, we found this and are worried that it might infest us too. What is this? What can I do? Can it infest my box spring bed?

I can only wish you good luck. In the crowd, it would be more sensitive to draw a chamber hunter. You can get rid of them permanently only very hard (small beetle).

First-aid kits: All dust sucking EVERY CRACK (EVERY ABOUTALL), then immediately throw away and replace vacuum cleaner bags. Then spread kieselguhr everywhere on the ground and in the corners (and everywhere at all)

Thank you. Can they be in a box spring bed? If so how much hope can you not have to dispose of it? Are they in the other furniture in the room?
