Hello, can the collar of a fleece jacket be made tighter? The jacket otherwise fits perfectly, but the collar is too wide. If so, would that be very time-consuming for a seamstress? Thanks.

Can I actually shave my head every morning without irritating my scalp? Some people do that because they don't like stubble.
