Cancel Cardmarket order?

I ordered Pokemon cards from Cardmarket 7 days ago (November 14, 2023). The seller hasn't shipped them yet (November 21, 2023) and hasn't responded to any messages. On November 17, 2023, I checked for a cancellation and accidentally clicked "Cancel," which I, of course, canceled. I thought maybe the seller was still shipping.
Since then I can no longer click on cancel and Cardmarket says that you can cancel after 7 days without giving a reason.
How can I cancel the order now? What happens if the seller doesn't ship?

If the seller does not send or react to messages, you can contact the support. However, it could be that today’s seventh day still has to pass. More information can be found here: https://help.cardmarket.com/de/ArrivedOrders
Oh, okay. Thank you. I have already written support, but that always feels an eternity 😄. Then I have to wait until tomorrow and see how it develops. But will the stornierbutton come back? Does anyone have any experience?

Joa, they need a little. I don’t know if the button comes back. But it’s not that important anymore, I think. The support can in turn implement a cancellation in doubt.
