Card payment is only declined in one place?

Hello GuteFrage community!

I'm a Deutsche Bank customer. I've been having a strange problem for two weeks (I've contacted the bank, but haven't received a response yet…). My card payment is either rejected as impossible or with the message "No authorization."

The strange thing is: This only happens in my neighborhood. So, I go to the train station and try to buy a ticket from the ticket machine, and it's rejected; I try to buy something from the kiosk at the station, and it's rejected.

If I go one S-Bahn station further, everything works without any problems.

What could be going on?
