Card not accepted?
Good evening everyone,
Last Friday after work I wanted to buy something to drink, went to the checkout and was told my card didn't work.
I was a bit shocked because I had been shopping on Thursday, the day before; it couldn't have broken after just one day.
Well, I went to Commerzbank to withdraw money and suddenly the machine said my card wasn't accepted.
What does this mean?
Is my card suddenly broken?
Should I go to Commerzbank and talk to the workers about it?

I had a similar problem with my Sparkasse card. They sent me a new card which I put in the cupboard and then forgot about. From one day to the next, the card was changed over with new functions and the old card was blocked.
You should talk to someone at the bank and then you will find out, like I did, why the card stopped working from one day to the next.

Niemand von uns kann in deren Kundensystem reinschauen. Vielleicht Konto gesperrt, Karte gesperrt, Konto überzogen ö. Ä.
