Car dead, nothing works anymore (battery fuse blown, sparks)?

A friend and I tried to install a subwoofer in my Skoda Fabia 6y 2006. All the cables were laid except for the plus cable that goes to the battery. My friend unscrewed the first fuse from the left and it sparked a few times. He wanted to connect the plus cable to the fuse in the battery fuse box. Since then the car has been dead. Neither the remote key nor the hazard lights come on… but the fuse doesn't look broken. What could it be? I've already checked all the other fuses on the driver's side and they're all still intact.

What do you want with the plus line in the fuse box? It is clamped (if present) to the plus block between battery and light machine or directly to the battery. With a suitable fuse (preferably ANL) in the line directly after the battery or the plus block. Modern vehicles have a distributor rail with main fuse holder directly on the battery at the positive pole.
Probably the latter has burned you through, which is why nothing works anymore. So look at the battery for what's going on.
From the whole I read out that the first fuse holder will be spoiled, I would first make the contacts with fine abrasive paper clear again and then look for a professional connection for the (+) cable, for example with an additional fuse holder directly on the battery.
So first you connect the plus cable before the ground cable. And it is also better to clamp the plus cable directly to the battery.
With a lot of bad luck you shot a relay or even damaged a cable.
Hopefully this is only the main fuse, if not, you probably have a control unit, or even several shots. The battery is completely jammed in such work.

Did you measure the voltage on the output side?
After you would have noticed if the cable passed through or the battery hops goes, it will probably be the fuse when nothing goes anymore
