Cannabis und Auto fahren?
Hallo, folgende theoretisch Situation:
Man hat Cannabis konsumiert aber man wartet noch einige Tage bevor man sich wieder vors Steuer setzt.
Wenn man dann Auto fährt hat man dann keine Wirkung mehr und folglich wäre man “normal”. Unwahrscheinlich aber möglich, man wird von der Polizei angehalten und aus irgendeinem Grund fordern sie einen Urintest an, bei welchem man Rückstände von Cannabis finden kann.
Ich glaube, dass der Konsum an sich in Deutschland nicht strafbar ist, aber halt Autofahren unter dem Einfluss von Cannabis. Jetzt ist meine Frage ob man sich trotzdem noch strafbar gemacht hat, oder ist es in Ordnung weil man keine Wirkung mehr hat?
Ich hab diese Frage bereits im Internet gesucht aber man findet immer nur, dass halt Cannabis bis zu mehreren Wochen im Urin nachweisbar ist.
Diese Frage betrifft mich nicht und die Frage ist rein theoretisch, da es mich interessiert. Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe schonmal!

As a regular consumer, you are not suitable to carry a vehicle. Point.
Over the long detection in urine, one is also “digestive” as an occasional consumer and can still get problems even days after consumption.
In the case of a positive urine test, there is only one blood withdrawal. If it was really just a joint several days ago, then one is out of the tailor and has proof of sobriety + proof not to be a regular consumer.
However, if the value in the blood is also too high, then you have either driven to drug (=have lied) or is a regular consumer. Both are quite stupid for the driving licence
In principle, if you have a positive urine test, should you make a blood test to prove that consumption has been back for several days?
