With me it’s already hard and I had smoked 1-2g a day earlier and then I’ve always been down and now I smoke 2 joints a week, so about. 0.6 g

If you can make a cold withdrawal, then do it better, but if you smoke several grams a day (which is very unlikely), then it develops like a habit and you just have to think about it all the time that you like to have a joint (was/is like that with me too).

Without distraction, it won’t happen, meet with a few friends, leave a book(acts strange but) or take something nice.

And buy you Melatonin tablets so you can sleep because otherwise you would only be awake.
