You could read the book “Rauschzeichen” (Wurth and Geyer). Used for `n Zehner (new) or for the equivalent of half a gram of grass at ebay.

The pocketbook will help you avoid future mistakes in dealing with cannabis (e.g., like daily smoking), and it certainly also has the one or the other tip, how to change its tolerance in a different way than with “I notice nix more poses”.
