Cancel without being blocked?
Hello, I've been unemployed for a few months and have only worked in retail so far. A few weeks ago I received an offer to work in a nursing home. I went in for several interviews and also had two trial periods which didn't work out because there weren't enough staff. After we got on well and talked, I signed the employment contract. I've been there for three days now and still haven't been trained, and I've realized that this job really isn't for me. The question now is how do I get out of it without being banned. Theoretically I was only there for three days and I don't get any money for it… hmm, what should I do now?

If you have worked three days after the contract, of course, you are entitled to reward.
You can very well justify the quick dismissal from the agency for work with the lack of involvement and overall lack of care.
You can also ask your nursing company to quit, then you’re definitely clean out.
