In principle, any amounts can be cancelled, but it depends on the available denomination.

If the machine does not have a 5-Euro notes, the payment of 45 euros is not possible.

That’s a little bit on the terms of the bank. I can take money from 50€ at the ATM. If I want a smaller amount, but I can run a lot of business ae at cash.

I do.

If that fits your account, you too.

Can you withdraw 45 euros from the bank?

At the switch yes. Not at the vending machine because he doesn’t have five euros.

If your account is covered, it goes without saying

Then try to pick up 45€ at a machine whose smallest pieces are 10€ notes. There’s more than enough of that.

Are you living in a nobel quarry?

There’s 5 on the machine!

I mean to have heard somewhere that the banks offer or not the available billing for demand in the machines.

Probably a savings bank? There’s a little higher probability. However, there are enough machines that pay out only in 10 steps. Not only in Nobelquartiers.
