Can you trigger dreams with keywords?
Possible variants:
- Variant A: Write down name XY + the street name of an apartment and read and look at it for 1 minute.
- Option B: Open a picture of an apartment in Adobe Photoshop and then type in name XY and save it on the desktop and it will stay in view the whole time.
- Option C: In Adobe Photoshop, enter name XY and the street name of the apartment in the text field and save it on the desktop. It will also remain in view the whole time.
- Variant D: Write down name XY + the street name of an apartment and read and watch it for 1 minute and then watch a calming video (Satisfying) for 10 minutes.
^ So that you dream about the apartment in question at night and the person in question is in the apartment in some form.
Can people with autism/Asperger's syndrome trigger dreams using such methods? Is this common in autism/Asperger's syndrome, or does it also work for people without autism/Asperger's syndrome?
What are your experiences? Have you tried something like this before? If so, did it work?
Example of possible keywords:
- FC Bayern Munich
- dark blue yellow home jerseys
- football game
^ e.g. read for 1 minute, go to sleep, then in the example you dream of a football match where FC Bayern Munich is wearing dark blue and yellow jerseys or other things to which the keywords somehow fit, since the brain is also very creative when dreaming.
I’ve never used such a thing consciously. But dreams are active in subconsciousness, which is why it is certain that something will depend on it.
