The question of whether you can throttle it has already been answered. It doesn’t change if you write “35” instead of “40”.

The costs are comparatively low here, a legal throttling would cost about 300€, but you want to drive illegally, so there is a 5€ throttle from Ebay, the cost of registration you can also save. You have to look whoever puts this stuff in, a workshop doesn’t do it, look for a private screwdriver and give him a box of beer.

If there are legal choke sentences that the TÜV has to enter, I would first ask if there is a throttling for exactly your moped and then decide for a certain moped.

Or you could look for mopeds on used pages that have already been throttled and have already registered.

But there are also some motorcycle dealers who sell the throttled so you could also look there

I’m glad you didn’t lose your humor here 🙂

With throttling, I had nothing to do with the hat, but maybe it helps a connoisseur among the screwdrivers if he knows what moped it is. Maybe there are special kits.

Alternatively, you might be able to adjust the carburetor so badly that the vehicle does not get beyond 35.

Why would you want that for heaven’s sake?!

This is even worse than buying a dangerous 50s, which can only drive 45 km/h and is constantly overtaken by cars and trucks.

You are constantly in danger of life on the thing itself without throttling and the throttling brings absolutely nothing, but worsens the risk again.
