Can you make walnut water faster for drinking?

Hey,

As described above, my question is whether there's a quicker way to make walnut water for drinking. It says online that you should boil it for several hours, like 6-8 hours. But is there a way to make it work if you boil it for less than an hour?

maybe in a steam pressure cooker? can be that everything gets worse… https://www.amazon.de/s?k=Schnellkochtopf

at such a long cooking time, it would definitely be desirable if the pot had a heat insulation… a kind of induction hob suitable dewarm vessel… or a hood: https://www.amazon.de/NETILGEN-Schnellkochtopf-Luftfritteuse-Kochutensilien-Ananas-Hibiskusblatt/dp/B0C9TF3226

No matter what you cook 10, 12 hours or even longer, there is hardly anything left inside.

Walnuts contain very many fiber and very many healthy omega-3 fatty acids. If you cook this extremely long and then only drink the water, you leave the best.

Simpler, faster and much healthier if you shred walnuts in a high-performance blender together with water for a minute. There are then all vitamins, fiber and fats included and it is fresh… and has not been boiled dead.
