Can you make Quarkkäulchen without potatoes?
In our supermarket they would all be hoarded.

No, you can't. Quark caps contain potatoes. Of course, you can leave out the potatoes and the result will still taste good, but then they won't be Quarkkäppchen.

Do you have mashed potatoes? I would make some, let it cool, and use it according to the Quarkkeulchen recipe.
