Too fat, I wouldn’t. Better stir a flour sweat with milk (1.5 % fat), grated cheese and season with pepper and salt, and taste with pepper and pepper.

Sweat onions in butter, stir in flour, then pour in broth, stir in grated or melted cheese and season with a lot of curry (if necessary add curry to onion roast).

Yeah.
