Can you get a gun license and shoot pigeons with a rifle on your own property?

At what distance is it best to shoot birds?

No.

You can't make a “cheap” and the weapon license has nothing to do with the hunt.

These are all completely different things.

And even with a hunting license, you must not shoot any animals on your (satisfied) plot.

The question is wrong at so many levels, because it starts from so many false assumptions that I don't even know where to start first.

You can read the following:

No. Unless you want to get a very hard punishment, including up to 3 years in prison or a painful penalty payment for hunting deer.

By the way, you don't make the license. The one requested. And it only allows guiding, not possessing that. But you won't get him.

Even on its own property, according to German nature and residents, it is not allowed to shoot or hurt birds of any kind.

No. And that doesn't just mean animal welfare. You can't even hang around. On nothing. Only exception, on a secured shooting place on discs.
