Can you get a Bachelor of Science in mathematics after studying to become a teacher?
My third semester will start soon. I like the course; it's relatively work-intensive, but the learning effort isn't that great. I've been thinking about perhaps finishing a Bachelor's degree in mathematics after I've finished my teacher training. Would that be possible? Will my ECTS points from the teacher training course be credited to me (it's the same modules, just twice as many). Ultimately, is it all worth it if my dream job is in an engineering field? With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, I probably can't do much with engineering and careers. Perhaps a position for an apprenticeship would be more likely with a Bachelor of Science than with a teacher training course.
Yes, that's possible. But you can only have credits for courses that are also included in the Science Bachelor's program.
By the way, mathematicians and physicists (Bc. S.) are always in demand. I'm not quite sure what you mean by training.
By training I generally mean a job with practical and theoretical training at an engineering company.
