In very distant past, our ancestors were the preferred prey of leopards. This only changed after they had learned to defend themselves in a group together and throw them with stones. Stones were our first distance weapon.
This type of defense still works today. However, it makes a difference whether the leopard is covered by a rocket from a large sippe or whether a single fighter burns a stone on the fur.
