Yes, largely. Up to about 25 was extreme, I almost wiped a bag of chips every day, at meals beaten and still remained a line in the landscape.

Then an episode came with the hormone spiral and although as soon as I noticed the first change had not been eating, only eating very little and drinking exclusively water and having driven sports daily (which I hate) within 3 years from 55 to 82kg.
Since the thing is out and everything has re-entered, I’ve been on the pretty perfect weight of 69 – 70kg for my size and can give myself little sins and pleasant portions.

No, it doesn’t work, just in growth. You should pay attention to how and what you eat and drink, but don’t give up. A piece of cake is delicious, an ice cream with whipped cream, a decent food, a dessert, chocolate. I weighed 71- 73 kg for 20 years. At 1.77m

Unfortunately, I seem to be genetically conditioned with me!

Yes, as far as possible. I take very little, rather on the contrary, if it’s less, then I’ll take a little off.

Yeah, I even have to eat more than I can take it off.
