Employer doesn’t pay overtime?
Hello, I have a question. I am a mini-jobber in a restaurant and have already worked 53 hours of overtime. If you finish at 10pm on the weekend you usually don't get out until midnight, which would be okay if you get paid for it or have a day off. I have never experienced being…
Timecrew Berlin no payment?
Hello, I signed an employment contract with TimeCrew Berlin. The contract also stated that I would be paid per hour. I received an app from them and for June and July 2024, there were zero work assignments and zero shifts. I had worked during those days, and the signed contract is at home. I contacted…
Skilled labor shortage vs unemployment?
Hello dear members of the community, I'm asking myself the following question: How can it be that there are complaints about a supposed shortage of skilled workers in so many areas/sectors, even though the number of unemployed is constantly rising? Thanks for your answers in advance!
Take on interns without business premises/job advertisements?
Is that allowed? Is the intern insured by the school? This is about a colleague who might not be able to find an internship and therefore asked if he could come to me, but I'm not sure if that even "counts"?
Yeah, that’s possible.
it depends significantly on how high the salary would be full time and how many hours you work.
Yes should be feasible.
Part-time I can also be 36 hours/week and at about 12.41€/hour it would be gross 1780€ at Stkl 1 and without church contribution about 1340€ net.
Maybe not exactly 1200€, but that’s how it turns. But for that you should see how much you need brutto at part time to get there. Because you compare the gross wage and not the net wage.
Unfortunately, this is not possible due to tax policy because it is too close to the tax exemption. You can only earn more or less, but never exactly 1200€.
Hope that helped:)
Yeah, for example. Or more or less.
Of course, depends on the job and the qualifications
Yes, there are jobs that are so badly paid that you only earn 1200 in part time.
I could. Earn full-time 5,000 net.
Sure, you can. You can also earn full-time 2400€ and even much more. The question should be: with what job?
ne, they’d have to say what job. Which one! Dativ!
I don’t know
