If this triggers a heart attack or stroke, it is possible. But it has to be over a long time or you have to be preloaded. Normal nervousness usually doesn’t kill you so easily. It also leaves after some time because the body can’t keep it forever. Even less in panic states.

Well, the Freud earned a golden nose in Vienna at the time, dedicating himself to the “hystery” spreading there. This was a disease which only affected the ladies of the upper class and which probably ended fatal in some cases.

Today, the sick would probably be called hypochonders, so they would call imaginary sick people. But even you can obviously die of that. And if this is the case, you can also die of nervousness if you want.

Yes, before excitement and heartache, according to Heart attack etc. you can die. But many factors still play a role, such as predisorders, age, etc.
