Can you be a dance teacher without having studied, just as a hobby?

Hello CrazyJessie273,

There were some answers. And actually, it's simple: whoever teaches other people kind of dancing is a dance teacher.

The question is, of course, what are you doing? Once you really want to make money with it, a halfway professional basis is important. Because many then start with a group that may have randomly formed, and rent rooms and enter commitments without knowing how to get new dance students properly. Because as a teacher it is not (only) about your own dancing, but about giving your dance students dancing – which is the harder the less they can.
