If you look at possible criminal possibilities, you cannot recognize your location from the only written mail address – probably only with a corresponding search the location of the provider’s mail server. This also applies if you get an email and don’t answer it. And even if you answer, only your provider can be recognized.

Your email address has no relation to your location.

The mail server that receives your email can be removed from it. But it could be anywhere in the world, and its location says nothing about your location.
