Can pet rats climb up here?
I'm getting some pet rats soon. They're 6 weeks old. I'd like to include some climbing opportunities in my cage, along with some steep stairs and ladders. I just don't know if they can climb this rope or if I should place something else in that spot. Maybe netting would be better?

With the ropes you have to see if they do. If you can't fix them a bit with cable ties that they can climb up obliquely.
