No. You must be at least 18 years old to use PayPal

No, PayPal is for people over 18. You have to state your birthday and if you fake it, it is forgery.

Not forgery of documents, but falsification of evidentiary facts, § 269 StGB, and therefore just as punishable.

Can vs. may.

You can cheat somehow and hope it doesn't get noticed. Paypal is pretty lax when it comes to registration.

But you are not allowed to do that and Paypal has the option to take action if it is noticed that you are violating the terms and conditions.

You're potentially ruining it for life. Personally, I wouldn't consider the risk worth it. You could wait a few years; Most stores don't allow people under 18 to shop. You might as well just ask your parents and that's it.

If you are a natural person, you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract to open a PayPal account and use the PayPal services. If you are a business, it must be registered in the Federal Republic of Germany.

,

If we believe you are engaged in prohibited activities, we may take a variety of actions to protect PayPal, its customers, and others at any time and at our sole discretion. We may, among other things, take the following actions:

Terminate these Terms of Use, restrict your account, and/or close or freeze your account, immediately and without penalty to us,

prohibit you from using PayPal in the future,

Retain your funds for as long as necessary to protect us against liability. This will occur, among other things, in the following cases (not an exhaustive list):

You can, but it's punishable under Section 269 of the German Criminal Code. So, you're not allowed to. PayPal is only available to people over 18.

Just as you can murder people, but you are not allowed to murder them.

You can, but it's against Paypal's terms of use.

Yes, you can, I use it too, even if it says it's for people over 18, you can use it if you're under 18 too, you don't necessarily have to link your bank account, I give my mom money and she sends it to me via Paypal.

So your mother is irresponsible enough to help you, a 15-year-old, defraud an international bank? Congratulations.

Yes, for example with the PP account of the legal guardian and of course with their consent.
