Can I use dried dill tips as tea?

Hello, I received a large amount of dried dill tips as a gift and I don't really know what to do with them. My question is: Can I make tea with them, and if so, is it healthy, and how much can I drink? Otherwise, I'd love to hear any ideas on what else I can do with them! 🙂

Dill is a good ingredient in fish dishes, cod with dill sauce and salads, cucumber tomato salad. As a tea, I honestly cannot imagine it.
