Can I take elfa pods (picture) in my suitcase?

Hello everyone, I'm flying to Spain in a week and wanted to know if I'm allowed to put the elfa pods in my suitcase. And how many packs can I put in my suitcase if it's allowed?

They are without electronics but I am not quite sure

The battery has to go in hand luggage, I know that 🙂
