What do you mean, “That’s why I’m trying to get your proposal over your email.”

My suggestions for improvement:

…interest in my application.

I missed your call because I was in school.

I agree with the proposal for the appointment.

OK, then you could write as the first sentence: Thank you for your email!

And the other sentence (“That’s why I’m trying to get your proposal over your email”) can then leave completely.

“Termin’s suggestion for the interview on…”

How would you like “cleaning”?

The text is not “to come” but “to accept”. And replace the “trying” with “kill”.
—> “I would like to accept your proposal with this email. “
