Can I send the letter back to the ÖRF like this?
Hi! I've filled out a form with my signature for the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ÖRF) and am now supposed to return it using the enclosed return envelope. However, I'm not sure if I can hand it over in the mail without writing the recipient's name on it myself, since the envelope is already printed. At least, that's what it looks like. Can I return it as is?

What else could you possibly write on the envelope if the recipient's address is already on it? Just drop the envelope in the nearest mailbox.
