If you are worried about exams or getting bad grades, can you get a place in therapy with a psychotherapist?

And please with reasons

Test anxiety is certainly a reason for psychotherapy. However, you will first need an appointment for an initial consultation. If you are under 18, you will be treated by a child and adolescent psychotherapist.

Because there aren't enough therapists, waiting times are often long, as others have already mentioned. Don't let this discourage you. Test anxiety rarely goes away on its own.

Anxiety is generally difficult to go away on its own because it often builds up over several or even many experiences, thus being reinforced over and over again: I'm anxious about an exam, so I get very nervous, and then I can't think of anything sensible to say during the exam ("blackout"). Having experienced this, I'm even more anxious in the next exam and have even less chance of recalling my knowledge. Breaking that isn't easy.

To make the fears go away, you need to learn to better control your thoughts and feelings, for example through relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, and positive mental imagery. These are exactly the things you learn in therapy.

If there's a spot available, sure. But the waiting times can be several months.
