Can I find work as a developer?

I successfully completed my software studies and have a bachelor's degree, which is why I earned a decent grade. I graduated with a 2.0 (grade). I'm currently pursuing my master's degree in computer science, and things are going moderately well. I pass everything, but sometimes I get a 4 or a 3.

I hear from friends that they can't find work in this field because apparently no one is hiring right now. I'll be writing my master's thesis next semester, and I expect to graduate with a 2.8 (grade). But I've been working as a student employee for a while now and have quite a bit of work experience. I've been working as a student employee since my third semester, and I have a lot to show for it. I'm just worried that I won't be able to find a job now because of my poor master's degree, since there aren't many openings right now anyway.

I'm currently working for a major automaker, but they won't hire me either because they're already dealing with budget cuts. I'll probably finish my master's degree there and try to find work elsewhere. Do you think finding a job will be difficult?

The IMHO most important info is missing: Uni- or FH/-DH-Bachelor? The latter are close to practice. But then in 2008 in the economic crisis I had similar problems as a dipl.-Ing. (FH). During Corona there was a funding program for fresh ing. graduates in BW.

IMHO, however, a bad master is better than being unemployed. Always put your bachelor certificate in the application. In the worst case, you will be financially hired as a Bachelor. Better than no coal. In addition, the requirements are increasing that possibly even a bad master is better than a Bachelor.

Basically there is work. The only question is whether your ideas cover with those of the employer and there is an agreement.

I'll tell you if you want to sell you for 40,000 euros, you'll find something.
