In other words: It's a vehicle for enthusiasts and mechanics. Not for everyday use (if that's your plan).

Yes, as long as the Ural doesn't have more than 35km of power, you can drive it, but I recommend a version with a sidecar, not for an additional passenger but for carrying spare parts and tools, which is desperately needed on the Ural….

Yes, of course you can drive a Ural.

These things already have very little horsepower from the factory.
