I found a PC with a GTX 1060 on eBay for €200, which is more than enough for my needs.

But consider that this will be an ancient device. No one knows how long the components hold + from August 2025 the support for Windows 10 is set. After that, Windows 11 is mandatory and the PC will not meet the requirements.

This is a very good price for a comfortable computer, but you should never make one mistake overlooking customer reviews. Some reviews, even though they might sound very important, can be mistaken, however, if the essential criticisms are about a lot, were not faked (!) and a positive criticism.
Again and again horny, someone wants a “Gaming PC”, doesn’t want to spend money and comes with Ner 1060 around the corner that should be enough for his claims… Information about processor, motherboard and RAM misdisplay, budget is not specified…
You can’t do anything wrong. Just buy the 1060 🤣🤣🤣
