Can I change the time of taking the Seculact pill to 4 hours earlier?

I'm interested in whether one can take the mini-pill Seculact earlier. I'd like to take it from 11:30 PM to around 7:00 PM and then continue into the morning, so I can take it sometime around 10:00 AM. Does anyone have experience with this?

Hello

It’s easy. You take the pill as usual at 23:30. You won’t take the next pill at 23:30, but at 10. You’ve changed your time.

To avoid forgetting the pill, you can save the memory into your phone. You can also place the pack next to the coffee machine, next to the coffee cups or next to the toothbrush.

Our many years of experience has shown that it is safer to take the pill in the morning. You usually stand up at the same time and when you get up on the weekend, the time difference doesn’t matter because you can take the seculact up to 12 hours without losing protection. Besides, you have time to take a forgotten pill all day. In the evening, you’re more on the go, and you’ll see the time.

Taking the pill earlier is not a problem. Only a “additional” (i.e. a delayed/forged intake) of hormones can possibly impair the protection of conception.

You can therefore simply prefer your take time at any time without loss of protection – from one to the other day from 23:30 to 10.

Happy for you!
