Can I achieve 120hz on my ps5 with this monitor?
Can the monitor also support 144Hz with HDMI for the PS5? Or only with DisplayPort?

120hz are in. Do not consider any game that supports it.
But compatible games run there with 120hz

yes, as long as you have an HDMI 2.1 cable
The monitor only has HDMI 1.4 but this is enough for full HD 120hz
2.1 only needs for 4k 120hz
2.0 for 1440p 120hz
