Can I accept a study offer on hochschulstart without being excluded from other study offers at the same university?

Hello. I've applied to several programs at a university. One of these programs is business administration, which would only be an option for me in the worst-case scenario, as I prefer the other programs. I only applied for business administration because I would really like to study there, even if it wasn't in one of my first or second choices.

Now the "worst-case scenario" has happened, and I've been automatically admitted to Business Administration, but only through the waiting list procedure for the others. I'd be willing to accept the offer, but I'd actually prefer to accept the other programs if I do receive an offer through the waiting list procedure. Now to my actual question: Would it be possible to accept this Business Administration offer and then later, if I'm admitted to one of the other programs, accept the other offer? Or is that only possible once? After all, it's at the same university, so I don't know if this is any different than having the same problem but at two different universities.
