Can hunchback/kyphosis be cured?

(Image from the internet, but should show what it looks like for me)

Hello,

I've had a hunchback/hunchback for a long time and never thought anything of it. But this morning my parents noticed it and asked me about it. Now we're going to see the pediatrician to make an appointment. But I have some concerns: my back has a really bad hunchback and I've been wondering if it can ever be completely trained back to its old state. So let's straighten it again. Because my back looks like a question mark and I'm not so sure if it can ever be completely straightened. So the question to you: will it get straight again if I constantly sit up straight, walk and do exercises to straighten my back again?

how much you can achieve depends on severity and cause, and you can only see in retrospect, ie when you are grown up.

I guess there's a bunch of physiotherapy waiting for you.
