Can e-scooters still be ridden without a moped test certificate and would you recommend one to me?

They come in various versions. I see a lot of people driving around on them these days. I was considering getting one myself. Theoretically, I could also get an electric vehicle because it's safer. Nevertheless, I'm interested in these vehicles. And since I have to decide, I have a question: are these vehicles still rideable without a moped test certificate? Unfortunately, I don't have one. And is there a slow driving mode on all of these e-scooters? I once rode an e-scooter in eco mode. It was really fun, but I don't dare go that fast yet. Plus, I still have a lot to learn because the first ride wasn't perfect.

As far as I know you can drive E Roller (up to 20 km/h) without a driver’s license or similar!
(from 14 years)

You need a license plate (annual a new one) what you buy for Zirka 60€!

This is the insurance for the E Roller!

I myself have one and find it a good way to move quickly and memorably with it! I’d really recommend it.
